WATCH
Lets start with one of ADHD’s OG’s, Dr Russell Barkley. I have a bit of fangirl crush on him because the man knows his stuff and put’s his findings across in a way that it easy to understand. Russell has been putting heaps of new video’s up on his YouTube channel, if you need me, I’ll be sitting glued to my screen digesting all his wisdom. Check his channel out and subscribe to it here.
LISTEN
I love a good podcast, and there’s a lot of them out there about ADHD, so where do we start? How about another OG, Dr Ned Hallowell. Dr Hallowell is a long time researcher into ADHD and has several books on the subject, including ADHD 2.0, Driven to Distraction and Delivered from Distraction which were co-written by Dr. John J Ratley. Dr Hallowell has now got a fantastic podcast, Dr Ned Hallowell’s Wonderful World of Different, ADHD and Beyond, where he speaks to people with ADHD to gain their perspective on the condition.

Why is my ADHD so bad today and what can I do? By Margarita Tratakovsky
This isn’t a new article on PsychCentral, but it only came to my attention this week. I definitely experience the roller coaster of good and bad days with my ADHD and related comorbidities, so finding an article talking about your bad days, what can cause them and what you can do about it was pretty interesting. I especially like the idea of a stress reducing kit that I can use on bad days.
So here are your first three things to check out in Neurospicy News, remember to subscribe (it’s free) and come back next week for more.
